This comprehensive multiple vitamin and mineral formula maintains the important balance of fat and water-soluble antioxidants. B-complex vitamins and other nutrients including  activated forms of folate (5-methyltetrahydrofolate and folinic acid) and B12 (methylcobalamin and 5-adenosylcobalamin) are used for enhanced absorption and bioactivity.   A full-spectrum of bioavialable trace elements, excluding iron are also included.  Vitamin K has also been excluded making this formula suitable for patients taking anticoagulant medications who wish to avoid this nutrient.  Only vegitarian capsules are used.  This encapsuled formula is well suited for those who prefer a capsule or have difficulty swallowing.
